Unfortunately, if you do not see your country listed under the shipping options when checking out, I cannot ship there. I am unable to ship to several locations due to rules & regulations out of my control. These countries/regions include Russia, the UK, the EU, and several others.

If you believe it is a mistake that I cannot ship to your country, please contact me.

All orders will ship approximately 1-2 weeks from when they were placed. After one of my monthly drops, I work all the following week to have orders out as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that I am one person, and during bigger updates/holidays/busy times, fulfillment may take slightly longer!

If you place more than one order and want them combined, please contact me ASAP via my contact form. Once combined, you will receive a refund of any excess shipping cost (after any insurance, etc). Please note that there is a $0.20 (USD) Order Combination Fee per order combined. This means if you combine two orders into one, you will be refunded all but $0.20 of the shipping overage; if you combine three orders into one, you will be refunded all but $0.40 of the shipping overage; and so on. This fee is included after any required insured shipping and does not count towards insurance cost.

Please note that I CANNOT combine any orders that already have shipping labels created. I will not combine orders unless asked to do so.

I am happy to combine orders when asked (especially for things like original pieces), but please keep in mind that it is extra work and time on my end. Please try and order all of your items at once, if possible! ♥

If your order comes back to me, I will contact you via the email associated with your order for next steps.

If the address provided on your order was input incorrectly by you, I will ask that you repay the shipping cost to have it sent to the correct address.

If I reach out and do not hear back from you after multiple attempts, your order will be refunded.

Sometimes orders are marked as delivered by the carrier but have not actually arrived to their destination yet. Please allow a few days for your order to show up! If your order still has not arrived and has been marked as delivered, I recommend reaching out to your local post office to inquire. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

The only shipping options I offer are the ones you see when checking out. All of my shipping includes tracking numbers. Orders are shipped in either bubble or rigid mailers, depending on the items ordered. All orders of $45 USD or more automatically require insured shipping.
