I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, what can I do?

If you made a mistake in your order, please email me ASAP at aubryjoiart@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you need adjusted. Please note that I cannot adjust any orders that have already been packed and/or shipped.

Do you offer refunds/cancellations/exchanges?

I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, but if you have problems with your order, please contact me.

When will "___" item be restocking?

While some of my items are limited run, most aren't! If I see a demand for something, it will likely return in the future. Please keep an eye on all of my social media accounts for any announcements about the return of various merch!

Can I combine my order with a Catmint Studios order?

No, I do not combine orders across shops.

How do I get early shopping access?

Members of my Deluxe Lil' Crow Club get early access on all shop openings! Spaces for this club are limited. Please check my Ko-Fi page to see if there's currently any room!

When will your shop open again?

My shop typically opens once a month! I always announce dates & times on social media, so be sure to follow those!
